Apartment Malu is a 100 m2 apartment decorated with great charm, it has capacity for 5 people divided into 3 rooms, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Pollença, just 50 meters away we have the Port of Bonaire. The apartment is located just a few minutes from the coves in the area of es Mal Pas and Manresa, and from the fantastic viewpoint of La Victoria. It is ideal for couples and families who want to rest in a quiet area and enjoy a good holiday on the beach and close to the commercial area of Puerto de Alcudia with all the comforts. Parking on the street is free. It has a double room with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third room with a single bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people. The apartment has flat screen TV, free WIFI, air conditioning, and alarm. For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00. For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
