Welcome to Cubo's Villa Hollero, with air conditioning, free wifi, a private swimming pool and lots of privacy. This spacious villa accommodates 6 people who can enjoy the calm and beauty of the Spanish countryside. Only the first floor. The ground floor is not included, but it is not inhabited. The property is private for the clients. The villa shows a great balance between countryside and city living thanks to an excellent connection to Malaga by car. The historic centre of the town Alhaurin el Grande is only 10 minutes by car, whereas the house is located only 30 minutes drive from the airport (offering good connections to the vibrating coastal towns of Torremolinos, Nerja, and Fuengirola). The plot offers space inside the fencing to park the cars. The swimming pool is on an elevated platform offering sun at all hours of the day, with fencing all around for the safety of the children. The swimming pool is accompanied by sun beds and parasols to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The first floor of the property can be accessed by stairs on the left side, from where you then enter into the very spacious eating-dining room with American-style kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, such as pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, oven, microwave and fridge and freezer. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has one individual bed. The accommodation has two air conditioning units in the salon, and the two double bedrooms have their own air conditioning unit. The individual bedroom is smaller and easily heated/cooled by the air conditioning units from the salon. The bathroom has a shower. The property allows dogs up to 10kg for a supplement.
