The magnificent terrace offers a nice view of the glittering lights of Alicante in the evening and on clear days you can even see the sea. On the main level there is a living-cum-dining area, one bedroom and a large bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. On the ground floor you will find 2 more bedrooms and bathrooms, which can be accessed via a private entrance. These are not connected to the main level. Hence, it is ideal for couples or friends who like to spend their holidays together, but also want privacy. The house is only a short drive away from the beach of San Juan and the city of Jijona in the province of Alicante, which is widely known for its "turrón" - a sweet nougat, caramelised with honey and nuts.
