Details of the Villa

The main entrance to the villa is very welcoming, with 3 separate self contained accommodation areas leading off from the main hallway. On the lower level is a 2 bedroom option to the left and to the right a 3 bedroom option. The 4 bedroom option on the upper level can be accessed from either the internal or external staircases. Each area can be locked securely from both the inside and outside for those guests requiring extra privacy. All three areas have their own well equipped kitchen, lounge with Smart TV, inside and outside dining areas, and direct access to the outside terraces. All the bedrooms and lounges have air conditioning units, which is on a pay as you go system. The bedrooms can be configured into kingsize bedrooms or twin bedrooms, depending on your requirements. All the lower level bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and upstairs 2 bedrooms have en-suits with the other two bedrooms having separate shower rooms just across the hallway. Wifi is available throughout the villa both inside and around the pool terraces.
NEW FOR 2022 – There will be an additional family room to rent in a newly reformed casita for bookings of more than 18 guests staying in the main villa. The room will comprise of a family room with kingsize bed, separate bedroom with bunk beds and a family shower room with private entrance, and a further wealchair friendly kingsize bedroom with en-suite shower room with private entrance also.

Outside there are activities to suit everyone, including volley ball, football, table tennis, table football, pool table, electric darts board and boules court. Hammocks hang from the mature olive trees in the beach area, and comfy sun loungers with pool towels are provided around the large salt pool, which also has pool heating for mid to low season weeks.

There is a large outside kitchen by the pool area, with a large American Fridge Freezer with ice maker, a wine fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, sink and dish washer, as well as a dedicated barbeque area nearby, for cooking with charcoal or wood.

The photographs speak for themselves, and with plenty of outside spaces, and private catering available on request, this is an ideal place for retreats, celebrations or large family holidays.
