Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. Open stairs to the second floor. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed, dressing table and hanging space. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 1 car. Large decked area at first floor level with seating and table. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. Please note The Old Concert Room is located above the Alnmouth Servicemans Club and due to the access may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, the young or infirm.
