"East Farm Croft is a delightful stone built cottage situated in the heart of the village of Embleton. This dog friendly cottage has been completely renovated and refurbished to offer guests an exceptionally high standard of accommodation ideal for couples as the property benefits from two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being on the ground floor. The open plan living accommodation with its spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area, exquisit use of natural light and multi fuel stove provides cosy accommodation for guests all year round. Embleton is a small village dating back beyond medieval times with a number of restaurants and pubs on your doorstep, a local village shop and garage which lies just a mile from the Northumberland Coast. One of the main attractions is the stunning Embleton Bay, a gloriously wide sandy beach that appears to stretch for miles and has great views of Dunstanburgh Castle. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen area with Aga, ceramic 2 ring hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer microwave and coffee machine. Dining area with large circular table and dining for 6 guests. Lounge area with large sofa, multi fuel stove, Smart TV and music system. Two steps down to: Hallway cupboard containing washing machine and tumble dryer and room for coats and boots. Bedroom 1 with double bed, en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin and underfloor heating. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2 with King size bed, en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin.
