"Schooner Court No2 is one of two apartments that has been fully refurbished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fitting. This ground floor apartment has open plan living space, benefits from gas central heating, outside patio space and private parking. Being just metres from the park and beach near the mouth of the River Aln and a short stroll from all amenities the popular village of Alnmouth has to offer. ACCOMMODATION OVER ONE LEVEL (Ground Floor) Entrance hall. Open plan kitchen/dining/living area with electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Dining table and chairs. Living area with comfy seating, TV/DVD, IPod dock. Access via patio doors to the outside seating. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, en suite with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Bathroom with bath, over shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Patio area to the front of the property with table and chairs. Gas central heating. All power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Private parking for 1 car. Schooner Court No2 is below Schooner Court No1. Both properties can be rented together, sleeping 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. This would suit families or friends wishing to holiday together. Building work has been taking place opposite Schooner Court 1 and 2. This is nearing completion (four out of seven units are fully finished) but as of October 2024 work has temporarily ceased. We do not know when it will resume but when it does, there will be some activity on the remaining three properties (external paving to be laid plus internal fitting out to be done). When the work is completed, the road will be resurfaced. Neither the owners of Schooner Court 1 and 2 or Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages have any control over the neighbouring works, but at some time during the midweek (work is not permitted at the weekend) there may be some activity. We will monitor the work and update this information as necessary."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
