"Schooner Court No2 is one of two apartments that has been fully refurbished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fitting. This ground floor apartment has open plan living space, benefits from gas central heating, outside patio space and private parking. Being just metres from the park and beach near the mouth of the River Aln and a short stroll from all amenities the popular village of Alnmouth has to offer. ACCOMMODATION OVER ONE LEVEL (Ground Floor) Entrance hall. Open plan kitchen/dining/living area with electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Dining table and chairs. Living area with comfy seating, TV/DVD, IPod dock. Access via patio doors to the outside seating. There are building works taking place opposite Schooner Court 1 and 2. The work is nearing completion, but it is anticipated that there will be some activity on the site through April and May, possibly with some final internal work in the summer. Neither the owners of Schooner Court 1 and 2 or Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages have any control over the neighbouring works and it may be that no disturbance at all is caused throughout your holiday but at some time during the midweek (work is not permitted at the weekend) there may be some activity."
