"The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a sun room and a sitting room with electric fire and dining area. There is a double bedroom serviced by a bathroom. To the outside there is a lawned garden with furniture and barbecue and off-road parking for one cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Within 3.8 miles there is a shop and within 3.9 miles there is a pub. Keepers is a splendid escape in Cumbria, whatever time of year. Please note, the property is built into a slope with entrances on first and ground floor. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
