"Englewood Cottage is a stone-built terraced cottage dating back to 1854 just outside the village of Allenheads near to Allendale in the heart of the North Pennines. With one double bedroom, one twin and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. Please note that the ceiling over the bath is sloped and while there is a shower hose for added convenience, this regrettably cannot be used at full standing height. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an inglenook fireplace and a multi-fuel stove. To the outside of the cottage is a riverside garden with outdoor furniture. The garden is accessible to the rear of the property, where there is a small shared pathway for residents running between the property and the private garden. Surrounded by spectacular moorland, Englewood Cottage is a fabulous cottage for guests who want to get away from it all."
