The surroundings, the landscape and the facilities are the privileges of this wonderful residential. The beach, which is about 350 metres away, is a delight for those who love the sun and the warm weather, but you can also enjoy the swim and the sun beams at the 3 shared chlorine pools, having fun while admiring the mountain views. The first pool sizes 20 x 8 meters and the depth goes from 1 to 2.5 metres. The other two size 15 x 7 metres and a depth ranging from 1 to 1.8 metres. There is a lawn area ideal either to have a walk and relax or to play with the family little ones. There also are two paddle courts in case you feel like playing. The private terrace of this apartment offers an excellent panoramic to the sea, inviting to have a seat all together and enjoy your breakfast or dinner al fresco feeling the soft sea breeze. When you enter, you find a comfortable and helpful living-dining area with satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas top, oven and all you may need. A little window communicates this space with the dining area. The laundry room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation. Two bedrooms with a closet each will ensure your rest during your vacation. One has two twin beds and the other has a double bed and direct access to the terrace. A cot and a high chair are available in case you travel with your baby. Finally, the apartment is equipped with ducted air-conditioning. The beautiful village of Mascarat, in Altea, belongs to the Costa Blanca in Alicante. Here, you will enjoy the walks through the pebbled streets of the town centre and the white houses decorated with lively flowers and plants. The marina lights will be your company at night. Don't miss the Church Square, the street market, and the artisan shops. There is a great variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy the fantastic Mediterranean cuisine. The Bernia mountain range and the Natural Park of Sierra Helada are the best choice for those who love nature and excursions, and they are only a few km away. Finally, you have the beach: you will love Cala de Mascarat and other beaches like la Roda or l'Olla. There is parking space for one car in the garage. Pets are welcome!. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pool opening hours: from 9.30 am to 10 pm. They are available the whole year. Please, respect the hours of rest from 3.30 pm to 15.30, trying not to disturb. Paddle courts have free access, but you must book them during July and August.
