Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa San Marino Villa San Marino is a wonderfully, bright and spacious, single storey 4-bedroom villa with a private, heatable infinity swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra), plus marvellous gardens and outdoor spaces which are well equipped for al fresco dining, as well as a rooftop terrace. This stunning Villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi throughout and Air-Conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. The 4 bedrooms all have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. 3 of the en-suite bathrooms have walk in showers and 1 has a bathtub and overhead shower. There is also an extra guest W.C. The kitchen and living area is open plan and extremely spacious, and for a more formal inside dining experience there is a sliding door that opens onto a separate dining room which looks onto the games room housing the pool table. Within the kitchen you will find a small breakfast bar and it is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, two sinks, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and utensils. There is also a separate laundry room where the washing machine and ironing facilities can be found. Villa San Marino has a superb, infinity swimming pool (with pool heating as an optional extra) and plenty of sunbeds for lounging in the summer sun. There are two outside dining areas, one which is under cover next to the outside kitchen, and one in the garden beside the pool. A ping-pong table is also provided for additional entertainment between refreshing dips. The outside areas can be accessed via patio doors from the Kitchen, Living Room, Games room and 2 of the bedrooms. Your holiday home is located in a rural area of beautiful Alvor, known for one of the longest golden sand beaches of the Algarve (approx 3.5km from the villa) and the protected marshlands of the Alvor Nature Reserve. The nearest golf course is Alto Golf, just 1.5km from the villa. Alvor is an ideal base to spend a relaxing holiday and is a traditional Portuguese village based on the banks of the Alvor Estuary. Although it is quite a small village, it has an abundance of good restaurants and a lively night life scene. Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: € 400 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. • From the 9th to the 10th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed.
