This lovely two bed apartment has three terraces and stunning sea views. The apartment is located on the top (2nd floor) and offers views over the golf course to the sea and marina from the front terrace. The open plan living area has a large sofa, flat screen satellite TV (normal UK channels) patio doors to large sunny balcony and wonderful views. The kitchen has everything required for self catering purposes - oven, hob, microwave etc. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. The master bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet and air conditioning. This bedroom has an en suite WC. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets. There are patio doors leading from both bedrooms to the rear terrace. The terrace benefits from evening sunshine ensuring that between the two terraces the apartment has genuine all day sun. There is a separate bathroom with shower. The apartment is part of a complex with three delightful pools. 1 heated in winter. There are also two superb golf courses nearby. Within a 5 minute walk of the apartment is a supermarket and some local bars / restaurants. A 10 minute walk takes you to the marina that separates the resorts of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach. Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts. Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive. Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
