Details of the Apartment

This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical house in Valle d'Aosta with a total of two residential units. The upstairs apartment is occasionally occupied by the owner. The house is located in the mountains of the Aosta Valley, at 1250 meters asl and is ideally located for exploring the numerous hiking trails in the area. On the other side of the house is a terrace equipped with a parasol from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley, the city of Aosta and the surrounding mountains. Above the old castle of the village of Sarre is the "Roof of Sarre", a vertical rock face, one of the heaviest climbing walls, very popular among climbing enthusiasts. The town of Cogne is 22 km away and offers more than 70 km of ski slopes. About 12 km away is Aosta, where you can admire numerous monuments of Roman origin and visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. In the restaurants and trattorias you can taste the local delicacies of the rich culinary tradition of this area. Parking on the side street in front of the house.
