"This home has a kitchen, a living/dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room, a snug and a conservatory, along with a king-size bedroom, a double, and a triple bunk, serviced by a bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and two Smart TVs and a selection of games for entertainment. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a lawned area and an orchard, and off-road parking. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot. You'll find a shop in 3.2 miles and a pub in 5.8 miles. Escape to rural County Donegal at RD's Cottage. Note: There are steps to the exterior. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
