"Dock at Dominic's consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table, and TV, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with TV and open fire, and a snug room with games, books, and TV. The bedrooms consist of 1 x family room with queen and one single and 1 x queen with ensuite on the fuirst floor and 1 x family room with queen and one single, 1 x queen and 1 x twin on the second floor. There is a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open fire, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, and a barbecue, as well as off-road parking for five cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Dock at Dominic's offers a splendid retreat enjoying serene views of Mulroy Bay. Note: A few steps up from the bathroom to the bedrooms in the hallway, please take care."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
