"The Pier House rests in Craobh Haven near Ardfern, Argyll and Bute. Hosting five bedrooms, along with two en-suite shower rooms, one bathroom and one wet room, this delightful property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen, utility, and living/dining room with woodburning stove. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed rear garden with barbeque, fire pit, and furniture. Highchair and travel cot available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two well-behaved pets allowed but sorry, no smoking. Within 0.1 miles you will find a pub and a shop. The Pier House is a wonderful holiday home for a retreat in Scotland. Note: Kayaks available to hire from Croabh Haven Watersports, paddleboards available to hire from Croabh Haven Watersports, Yacht mooring and dinghy launch available at request. Note: Wild swimming from front of property. Note: No Stag or Hen doÔÇÖs. Note: Commercial dishwasher washes in 5 minutes"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
