Outside is the private swimming pool, sun terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The ground floor of the villa has a living room with dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a beautiful double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a wide private balcony with steps leading down to the pool patio. Living Room The air-conditioned Living Room has: dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace. Kitchen The air-conditioned kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
