Villa Bahamas Modern and very spacious, villa Bahamas is a fantastic 6-bedroom villa affording a prime location in Armação de Pêra, with breathtaking sea views and only 400m from the best golden sandy beaches. Built and furnished to the highest of standards throughout, this stunning villa provides all the amenities you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. The property has 6 bedrooms and is ideally suited for large families or for several families holidaying together. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor (with an en-suite bathroom) and another twin bedroom is on the lower floor (with a ceiling fan) and a separate bathroom. On the first floor are the remaining bedrooms: 2 twin rooms (both with en-suite bathroom units) and 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom unit), as well as an additional bathroom. At villa Bahamas you have free Wi-fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms except on the lower floor, where you have a ceiling fan. The games room is located on the lower floor, with table tennis, table football and snooker providing hours of entertainment. There are also comfortable sofas, a TV and a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and washing machine. On the ground floor are the main living and dining areas which are bright and stylish, with comfortable sofas and a TV, DVD and Stereo, dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen and W.C. Large windows bring the outdoor views of the terrace and swimming pool in, while sliding doors allow you access to these areas. Outside, a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to cool off from the Algarve heat, relax on sun loungers around the pool and at the end of the day, the jacuzzi is available (as an optional extra) to warm up in the evenings. There is also a traditional barbeque, ideal for preparing meals to be enjoyed on the terrace. The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pera are only an 8-minute walk down the road. Car hire is not necessary, just if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided in the garage. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups not allowed • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 12 people. • From the 13th to the 16th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\* The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
