Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Havana is a charming 4-bedroom villa, enjoying a tranquil location in the Pêra area, with marvellous countryside and sea views. Ideal for couples or families who want to relax away from the crowded tourist centres, the property is still close to all facilities and within walking distance of the beautiful Pêra beach. This spacious villa has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all 4 bedrooms. The first floor includes 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, a games lounge with a snooker table and kitchenette/bar, and a sunny balcony overlooking the stunning countryside and sea views. On the ground floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms, as well as an additional bathroom. The living / dining room allows for family get togethers with a dining table, 2 sofas and a TV. The large, newly renovated kitchen also has a dining area, and is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The swimming pool is located at the back of the property, affording privacy and sun throughout the day. Grassy areas surround the pool and outdoor patio, where you can enjoy summer meals prepared on the impressive traditional Algarvean barbecue. The property is walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance. Parking is also available inside the property gates. The charm of this wonderful property lies in its relaxing and tranquil location however, it’s still only a 20-minute walk from both the nearest stretch of beautiful sandy beach (Praia Grande) and the town of Pêra with several restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Nearby towns of Albufeira and Guia (where you can find the Algarve Shopping centre) are about a 10-minute drive away. Car hire is recommended for this property, which we can help you to book on request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Groups not allowed. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
