"Time and Tide is a first-floor apartment consisting of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and a living/dining room with seating for two guests, a sofa bed and Smart TV. There is one double bedroom, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is unrestricted parking available a short distance away in dedicated parking zone. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and beach and within 0.4 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Time and Tide is a wonderful getaway in Cumbria. Note: The property is accessed via a flight of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: This property can sleep a couple and babe in arms. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
