This lovely three bedroom detached holiday villa offers high quality accommodation. It has a lovely modern feel. As you enter the villa grounds, you are greeted by a completely private front terrace with comfortable seating and sun beds. Until recently the villa was lived in and therefore offers high quality accommodation than the average rental villa. As with the whole villa, the living room is fresh and modern, comprising of 3 good quality sofas, coffee tables and TV. The TV picks up BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4. From the living room there is a lovely sunny private terrace with panoramic views over the south of Tenerife to the sea. This combined with the front terrace ensures you can sit in the sun, in private all day long! The villa is located in the prestigious area of Chayofa in South Tenerife, this villa offers peace and tranquility, yet is only a 5 minute drive from the bustling resort of Los Cristianos with its beach and many restaurants and shops.
