It is a very bright 75 m² accommodation with an 80 m² garden and a fully equipped terrace. The apartment is distributed as follows: - 2 double rooms with terrace. - American kitchen, induction, equipped with everything you need to enjoy. (Refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.). - Spacious living room with satellite TV (Languages: Spanish) - Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. It also has an elevator, central heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, community pool, covered parking in the same building, wifi and alarm.
