Villa Rasta is set in its own extensive grounds, and even has its very own beach. This really is the place to come if you want to get away from it all. The villa isn't overlooked so offers all the privacy and seclusion you could possibly want. It sleeps 12 people across 6 bedrooms – 4 in the main house, and 2 in a self-contained guest house. The decor is formal but modern – think gilt edged portraits of someone else's ancestors, wooden beams and exposed stone walls, but with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, WIFI, and a state of the art kitchen with all the bells and whistles, along with an extra drinks fridge, just in case. The kitchen is excellent – fully fitted units, modern appliances and all the utensils you (or someone else) might need to cater for your guests. There's also a separate pantry and utility room with washing machine and dryer, so all the clutter generated by a large group can be tucked away. There are two sitting areas – one a more formal living room, and the other a family room – both have TVs and sofas, one is more of a chill-out room, and the other might be where you'd sit with a G&T before dinner – unless you're out on the terrace admiring the view of course. Here on the ground floor there's also the first of the bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower - if you're travelling with older members of the family, this could be the perfect room for them. Up on the first floor are three further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning – one a double, the remaining two are twin bedrooms. Across in the guest house, you'll find everything you need – it's completely self-contained from the main house, so ideal if you're two families holidaying together and want to keep a little independence. There are two double bedrooms here, both en-suite, a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, and a sitting room with TV. Outside, the property really comes into its own – private grounds with their own private roads, swimming pool, private sandy beach, a choice of terraces with different seating areas, BBQ – the list goes on! So all you need to do is decide, a dip in the pool, or a walk to the beach? Either way, you're away from the crowds, so you won't see another soul, perfect! #### Features The villa is split across a Main House and Guest House Main House Ground Floor - Imposing entrance hall with fireplace - Living room: more formal sitting area, sofas, TV - Family room: comfy sofas, TV, DVD player - Dining room: table and chairs, access to terrace, exposed wooden beams - Kitchen: modern fully-fitted units, American-style fridge and freezer plus smaller drinks fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, table and chairs, breakfast bar with stools - Pantry - Utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer - Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning - Guest WC First Floor - Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning - Two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning Guest House - Sitting room: sofas & TV - Kitchen: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine - Two double en-suite bedrooms Exterior - Extensive private grounds - Access to private sandy beach - Private swimming pool - Panoramic sea and mountain views - Terraces with dining tables and chairs, and outdoor sofas - BBQ - Outdoor shower - Sun loungers and parasolswith a good book while the children run on the lawns in front of the villa, without worrying about them near the water Touristic Registration Number: ETV / 6016 #### Location Villa Rasta is just over 10km from Arta, and surrounded by mountains and stunning countryside. Arta is a small fortress town with a lovely church, relatively untouched by major tourism and some say it's the best place to discover authentic Mallorca. The town offers a wealth of winding alleyways to wander about in, find somewhere nice for lunch and watch the world go by. It has the added bonus that there are great sandy beaches only a short drive away – of if you're after something more active, there's golf, walking and horse riding all nearby. Colonia San Pedro, a little fishing village with a traditional feel, is about 8km away and has lovely restaurants down by the harbour.
