The main terrace in this beautiful townhouse is perfectly furnished in order to have breakfast or cook delicious BBQs. The best thing is that it features a private chlorine pool -sizing 3 x 2 metres and 1.5 metres deep- to take a nice dip without having to go out. In addition, you can enjoy the sun beams on the 6 sun loungers available, either right here or on the top sun deck with views to the town. The modern house comprises 2 floors. In the main floor you'll find an airy living - dining room where you can have lunch and rest whilst watching the satellite TV. It leads to the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob, and to the laundry that features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Both rooms have AC and access to the back terrace. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all with twin beds, AC and a closet. One of the bedrooms still is on the main floor and the other two are on the first floor -one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and exit to a small terrace-. A baby cot and a high chair are available. There are two more bathrooms in the house, both with a shower and one on each floor.
