Ca na Susu is a property with Mallorcan style for 5 guests in Sa Colonia de San Pere. A fantastic place on the coast and very quiet to enjoy a perfect holiday. It is located 750 meters from the sea. The property has a total of about 250m2 with outdoor garden and terraces, the house has 140 m2 and is divided into a living room and outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests can make use of the entire property. The neighborhood is a coastal and very quiet neighborhood. It is close to Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Arta northeast of the Island. We recommend car rental. \* PAYMENT TOURISM BALEARES “ECOTASA” (not included in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests that they decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that upon arrival the tourist tax (Ecotasa) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists staying in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve in everything related to tourism. The fee for this tax is € 2.00 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old, are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotasa.) Until the ninth night of stay, and then a 50% discount is applied in the following days. This is in "high season." And in "low season" will be charged € 0.50 per night, per adult until the ninth night of stay, the following days applying a 50% discount. The Ecotasa will be paid in CASH.
