"The living areas in this cottage consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dining seating for four, there is also a sitting room with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin serviced by a bathroom, a ground-floor shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed, private garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Within 2.3 miles there is a shop and 2 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to the countryside at Postbox Cottage. Note: There are steps on the patio, please take care. Note: Limestone steps from the kitchen to the sitting room, take care. Note: Access to the twin room is through the double room and no door separates them. Please Note: No electric car charging available, however, public EV charging point can be found in Ashbourne and Wirksworth. Please note: Extensive outdoor activities including walks from the front door or a short drive into the Peak District National Park, well located in a picturesque hamlet.
