The ground floor includes two bedrooms: one king-size and one single, both light and airy. These are serviced by a contemporary bathroom with a shower over bath, basin, and WC. Outside, guests have access to a shared garden with outdoor furniture, bordered by colourful planting and offering far-reaching views across open farmland. The property is served by a private water supply. WiFi, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Off-road parking available. Guests can find a shop and pub within 1 mile, and the beaches of Lyme Regis and Charmouth within 7 miles. Local attractions include Lyme Regis with its family-friendly beach, the historic Cobb harbour, and restaurants such as Swim and Rockfish.
