The ground floor includes two bedrooms: one king-size and one single, both light and airy. These are serviced by a contemporary bathroom with a shower over bath, basin, and WC.
Outside, guests have access to a shared garden with outdoor furniture, bordered by colourful planting and offering far-reaching views across open farmland. The property is served by a private water supply.
WiFi, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Off-road parking available. Guests can find a shop and pub within 1 mile, and the beaches of Lyme Regis and Charmouth within 7 miles.
Local attractions include Lyme Regis with its family-friendly beach, the historic Cobb harbour, and restaurants such as Swim and Rockfish. Charmouth is ideal for fossil hunting and home to the Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre offering guided walks and interactive exhibits. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
