Details of the Villa

Green Beach Villa has 3 bedrooms all with balconies and sea view. The master bedroom has a double bed, dresser with inbuilt wardrobe, and a good sized balcony. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and also wardrobes. All of the bedrooms are a lovely size and all have access to a balcony where the stunning sea views will impress you. The villa is fully air conditioned furnished and equipped with all modern appliances such as flat TV, DVD player, microwave, oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware. There are 1 toilet/shower room downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs. Green Beach Villa has a spacious ground floor open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area and guest's toilet/shower. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV/DVD player and satellite system with film, news and children's channels. The inside dining area can sit up to 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher and washing machine. The garden area comes complete with a private pool and sun loungers, a garden table, and 6 chairs. The garden is bordered and fenced, which create a pleasant feeling of seclusion; there is a beautiful view from the balconies. Villa is located within a popular complex in Pernera - Protaras. The complex has a privileged position that sits close on the coastline and within minutes to the beach resort center and local amenities. There are also sun beds alongside the facilities and these are placed on sandy area stretching down to the beach that can be rented for a small fee by our guests. Free all necessary bed linen and bath towels. Free swimming pool cleaning and maintenance offered during your stay twice a week. Free internet access available. Additional services are available on request. The villa is designed to ensure top quality and comfortable stay on your holiday. NOTE: 200 euro security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages. An allowance of 150 kWh of electricity is allowed per week this is sufficient for normal use, any use over this will be charged 30 cent per kWh as an addition and deducted from your security deposit. On arrival we will show you the electricity meter, you are welcome to take your readings on arrival and on exit. A beautiful, spacious property in a great location as Marlita Green beach is just a short stroll from the villa. There is also a small water park just a short walk away, which is suitable for younger children. A leisurely walk along the coastline on the brand new boardwalk, from Pernera to Protaras, is a must, taking in the breath taking views of the crystal clear waters.
