The villa is one and a half kilometer from a sandy beach on the coastal area of Konnos beach, and a five minutes drive to Ayia Napa center. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet less than 10 minutes walk takes you to beautiful beaches and Ayia Napa and Protaras center with all the bars and restaurants are just 10 minutes drive. 15 min drive to the biggest water park in Cyprus. The ground level consists of a spacious luxury living space, stylish and comfortable that opens to the private 8m x 4m swimming pool. Loungers and garden furniture are available at the pool area, as well as a gas BBQ offering everything you need to enjoy barbecue parties on your holiday. The villa will comfortably accommodate 8 persons with four specious bedrooms 1 en-suite toilet/shower room, 1 family bathroom, 1 toilet/shower room and 1 guest toilet. Villa Konnos offers everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the other one has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Air conditioning and heating in living areas and bedrooms is (FREE of charge). The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably can sit eight guests and large open plan fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, dish washer, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan & all cooking utensils. The dining table for 8 sits in the middle of the large open plan dining area, which then leads to cosy living room with sofas; there are 55" Smart 3D TV in the living area, Satellite Flat Screen TV in the master bedroom, DVD player, Docking Station, internet access (FREE of charge). This lovely villa is an ideal choice for those requiring a truly relaxing sun-filled holiday on Cyprus most famous beach resorts. With modern furniture inside, and fully furnished pool area, this villa is designed to give maximum pleasure and enjoyment to holiday makers. All necessary bed linen including bath and kitchen towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleaning service is provided twice a week.
