Villa Nissi is a 2 stories villa with 3 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, and a guest’s toilet. All bathrooms have washing basins. All of the bedrooms are on the first floor; one of the bedrooms is en-suite with bathroom with toilet and shower cabin. On this floor there is an additional family bathroom with toilet and bath tube. On the ground floor there is one guest’s toilet. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Air conditioning cooling and heating in living area and all bedrooms. The ground floor is very spacious with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area for 6. There are Wi-Fi, IPTV, and DVD player. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats six guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas. The garden is fenced for privacy with a private pool (8x4 meters) with sun beds, umbrella, outdoor shower and furniture. There are BBQ and garden area with pergola, where you can relax in the shade whilst enjoying a nice cold drink during hot summer days. Private parking is available free of charge.
