Villa Diana is a stunning 4 bedroom villa located on one of the most beautiful spots in Ayia Napa. It is situated on a high location in a quiet area less than 10 minutes’ drive to the center and to beautiful Ayia Napa Limanaki Beach. Villa Diana’s spacious outdoors is filled with many possibilities for entertainment and relaxation: patio with sunbeds and dining set, billiard and ping pong tables, outdoor playground with toys for kids, a large pool with Jacuzzi system, hammock, built BBQ and bar area. This exceptional villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone. The villa offers spacious and airy living area with modern kitchen, breakfast bar, dining set and sofas. Villa Diana is 2 storey villa with 4 spacious bedrooms; one of them downstairs with en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. There is an additional guest’s toilet on the ground floor too. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor; one bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. On this level there is 1 family bathroom with toilet and Jacuzzi bath tub and shower cabin. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are air conditioning cooling and heating in living area and all bedrooms without any extra charge. The ground floor is very spacious with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas with IPTV, Wi-Fi and DVD. The garden is fenced for privacy with swimming pool, sun beds, umbrella, outdoor shower and patio with sunbeds and dining set, billiard and ping pong tables, outdoor toys for kids, a large pool with Jacuzzi system, hammock, built BBQ and bar area. Nice outdoor area where you can relax in the shade whilst enjoying the view and a nice cold drink during hot summer days. Private parking is available free of charge. NOTE 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages.
