The living area looks out on the patio and offers a tastefully decorated space to relax and unwind with a large L-shaped sofa and a TV with inch boasts international channels. There is also a foldaway single bed. Air conditioning and Wifi available throughout the property. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom and a large balcony offering magnificent views of the Ayia Napa coastline. The second bedroom, which also shares the balcony, offers a double bed with a single foldaway bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom provides a double bed with a single foldaway bed and the fourth a large single bed and additional sofa bed. Both rooms share the family bathroom and another balcony which overlooks the outdoor dining area. The garden area is very private, with artificial grass wrapping around the property. There is a fabulous dining area at the back of the property which seats 6 people and offers a secluded spot to enjoy some al fresco dining. At the side of the property is the huge swimming pool with sunbeds for those wanting to soak up the sun. There is also additional comfortable seating by the pool and a modern, outdoor shower.
