The dining area has a table for 8 and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, microwave and all the necessary essentials for a prefect family holiday. There is guest WC on this level. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and boasts spectacular views of the sea in the distance from the balcony, the perfect place to watch the sun rise with a morning coffee. There are a further 3 bedrooms on this level, 1 double with a single bed and 2 x twin bedrooms which share access to the family bathroom. The villa is full gated with an additional swimming pool fence/gate which is perfect for families with younger children. Sun worshipers can bask in the sun on one of the sun loungers provided, then when the heat gets too much, jump into the large crystal clear waters of the swimming pool and cool off ready for the next round of sun-bathing! The world famous Nissi Bay Beach is a few minutes walk away and has been awarded a blue flag, as have many of the beaches in the Ayia Napa area.
