The villa is with 3 airy bedrooms with 3 double beds, large spacious living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen - all furnished to a very high standard indeed. High wood-beam ceiling characterise the villa's central living and dining areas, offering warmth and elegance. There are three bedrooms in the villa all located on the first floor. Carefully planned for the maximum comfort, two small hallways isolate private areas from open-plan living space. The living room is open plan with kitchen and there are TV, Satellite, DVD player and free WI-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan, all necessary cooking utensils and dining table with 6 chairs. Outside comprises of a beautiful private swimming pool (8m x 4m / skimmer) and a large patio area for outside entertaining. Sun beds and umbrellas at pool are FREE of charge. Fence surrounds property for privacy.
