The Villa is located on a small quiet complex 300 meters from sea on the coastal area of Ayia Thekla, and a few minutes drive to Ayia Napa center, where you can find all the amenities.The Villa has four spacious bedrooms and it is fully furnished and equipped, with a private pool, air conditioning and heating throughout. The living room consists of sofa beds, television, DVD player and satellite TV. With private pool and breathtaking sea views, relaxed feeling, comfortable furnishings, large outdoor area and drive way along with a landscaped garden, there is nothing more you could want for a holiday. Villa thekla is a Self-catering 2 stories villa with 4 specious bedrooms; 2 with double beds, and two with 2 single beds each; all bedrooms have built in wardrobes with one family bathroom and 3 shower bathrooms upstairs, and 1 toilet/shower room downstairs . Air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms. The ground floor is with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area, with flat screen TV, Satellite, DVD player, CD player & fire place. The Living room is furnished with modern sofas. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats eight guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan & all cooking utensils. The Garden is fenced for privacy with a Private pool (8 x 4 meters) with Sun beds, umbrella, outdoor shower and furniture. Private parking is available free of charge. All necessary bed linen including bath and kitchen towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleaning service is provided twice a week. Free all necessary bed linen and bath towels.
