All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The living area includes kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and opens to a patio and veranda overlooking the pool; perfect for outdoor dining. On the ground floor level is one double bedroom with shower room and separate cloakroom. Upstairs are another three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. This villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone. Equipped with flat IPTV, DVD player, free Internet access villa quarantines plenty of indoor entertainment. Spacious and airy with ample bathroom space, there is a plenty of room for 8 persons, and an additional baby cot free of charge. The villa is located 700 meters from the sandy Crystal Springs beach and on a walking distance to several other known beaches. Nestled on a nice area less than 10 minutes drive takes you to beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras center. 15 min drive to the biggest water park in Cyprus. Many bars and restaurants are just 5 to 10 minutes walk. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably can sits 8 guests and large open plan fully equipped and modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The dining table is in the middle of the large open plan dining area, which then leads to the spacious lounge with sofa and armchairs; there are flat IPTV and DVD player and free Internet access.
