"The Bungalow is a detached, bungalow housing a kitchen and a living/dining room with sofa bed. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, TV, WiFi and a Bluetooth Speaker. The bedrooms include a king with integrated TV, en-suite shower and a twin, served by a bathroom. To the outside is a rear garden with astro turf and patio with furniture, hot tub and fire pit, a shared lawn with football net and ample off-road parking. Within 4.6 miles or less there is a shop, pub and a beach and please note, this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. Fuel, bed linen and towels are included in rent. There is also a travel cot, bed safety guard and highchair. The Bungalow offers a serene escape to the South of Scotland. Note: Optional extra of barbecue hut for hire in ownerÔÇÖs own garden -ú40/night. "
