"The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher, and a first-floor living/dining room with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, and a twin, along with a main shower room. Outside there is a front courtyard, along with on-street parking. Within 0.2 miles you'll find a shop, and within 0.1 miles you'll find a pub. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in this property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Robin's Nest is the perfect dwelling for a break to Derbyshire. Note: Due to stairs leading directly from the living room, property may not be suitable for young children. Note: Enter the property via a courtyard and stone stairs down to the door of the property. Note: The property has a parking permit in the property for guests to use during their stay, this is to be left in the property upon departure. Please Note: For bookings between April- September, only a 3 night minimum is accepted"
