"Tremyfron consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining seating for six people and a sitting room with a gas fire, TV and DVD player. The bedrooms include a king-size room with en-suite, a double and a twin room which are all serviced by a separate bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture as well off-road parking with space for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property. Within 0.2 miles you will find both a shop and a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen is included in the price. Tremyfron is a truly delightful sport for your marvellous escape to Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. Please note: The property does not provide towels. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
