"Yr Arenig consists of a kitchen/diner with a double electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and an island sitting area for four people. The living area has seating for six people with two sofas, two armchairs as well as as a dining table for six people, a Smart TV with WiFi. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size and a twin along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden area with a picnic bench, decking and off-road parking for three cars with EV charging. Within 2.0 miles there is a shop and pub, and please note that this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Yr Arenig is an endearing home from home for a trip to see the stunning countryside views of Wales. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties. Note: Minimum 3-night stays. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
