"The Coach House has open-plan living space with kitchen with range double electric oven, separate grill and 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area, plus a utility with washer/dryer and first-floor sitting area with Smart TV with Freeview and Apps. The bedrooms have TVs with Freeview and consist of a double with en-suite shower room, and super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), serviced by a bathroom. Enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Baby-friendly, highchair and stairgate available. Two steps from the kitchen up to the bedrooms. The first floor sitting area has sloping ceilings. Please note: The property only accommodates weekly bookings during the months of July, August and September"

Rental Rates

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
