"The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, as well as roadside parking next to nearby pub on a first-come, first-served basis. Within 0.1 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available. T+À Capel Bach is a lovely abode from which to enjoy your next adventure in North Wales. Note: There is no parking at the property, however there is ample on-road parking on a nearby street. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
