Ancient holiday farmhouse situated in a beautiful hillside position in the heart of Chianti, in strategic position to visit the many villages and small towns located in this charming area. This accommodation offers amazing views of the Chianti countryside and the medieval village of Barberino Val d'Elsa. The house is divided into three cozy and well-kept apartments, not communicating internally with each other and that can accommodate up to 14 people. This accommodation is therefore ideal for groups of friends or families who want to spend a holiday together and at the same time enjoy their own privacy. The adjoining separate barn is equipped with spacious common areas. The house is surrounded by a large land of about 5,000 square meters with various green areas and a well-kept and equipped garden, where there is a swimming pool (6 x12 meters, depth: 1.40-2.20 meters) for exclusive use of the guests. There is a 750 meters long dirt road to reach the house, which is not suitable for low or sports cars. The farmhouse and the barn are not connected internally.
