This is not a conventional apartment; it is a spacious home where many Barcelona residents would like to live. The day area is completely separated from the four double bedrooms. The medieval stone and exposed beams are combined with soft, primordial hues and eye-catching touches of colour. This apartment has something that is not easy to find in the old district; lots and lots of Mediterranean sun that floods into the apartment and a balcony that extends along the entire façade. It also has something very important in the old part of the city; absolute tranquillity. The apartment also features a completely private open area. To live in Calle Flassaders, close to Paseo del Born, is to discover the real medieval Barcelona and have an unforgettable experience. Living room In the living room there are two sofa beds, glass coffee table, audiovisual equipment, and access to a huge balcony bathed in the Mediterranean sun and with views over medieval Barcelona. The dining room has a large table with seating for eight diners. There is a free, unlimited WI-FI internet connection. Audiovisual equipment includes TV, music equipment and DVD. Bedrooms and bathroom There are four double bedrooms, one of them very large (15m2) with one double and one single bed. The other three bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables and lamps. All the bedrooms have wardrobes. In the living room, one of the sofas can be used as a single bed. There is one bathroom with a large shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet and plenty of natural light. Kitchen The kitchen is very large and is fully equipped to make any delicious treats you may like to prepare for a special dinner. It has a balcony and outward-facing window, which are bathed by the magnificent Barcelona sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, an especially large gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender.
