This lovely apartment located on the fourth floor (with elevator) is perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends that come to Barcelona to enjoy some good time. The apartment has a large living room connected to a balcony which is perfect for morning breakfasts in the sun. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 room with single bed so everyone feels comfortable. Just few minutes from the apartment you can find metro station Clot, Navas or Bac de Roda. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped (fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, ...). For your comfort, the apartment has TV, WiFi, iron (clothes), hair dryer and A/C (living room)... If you enjoy to spend some time in the parc there are several park close to the apartment where you can enjoy a relaxed afternoon with your family or friends. +++ The apartment has towels and sheets. +++ HUTB-012566-38 El Clot is a traditional neighborhood in Barcelona that stands out for its tranquility since it is not the epicenter of the busiest tourist attractions. It is, however, located near the Hospital of Santa Creu i Sant Pau, a modernist masterpiece and a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Another highlight is the Parc del Clot, a particularly sociable place. There are 3 metro lines accessible on foot within 5 minutes, from there you can quickly transport to the Sagrada Familia, the Paseo de Gracia, Glories (important shopping center) or the market opportunities in Encants. Bus stops accessible in less than 5 minutes. Bank, pharmacy and parking located in the immediate area. Large supermarket located a block and a half away, but for a more authentic experience you can buy food at the neighborhood's local market, Mercat del Clot (opposite the Parc del Clot). Check-in: \- check-in between 1pm and 8pm are free of charge \- check-in from 8pm to 12am have an extra charge of 30€ \- check-in from midnight to 1am has an extra cost of 50€ \- check-in with every hour after 1am has +10€ extra cost (example 1:00 - 1:59 check-in = 60€, 2am check-in =70€) As to provide you with better service please do not forget to phone 30 minutes before your arrival at the address in order to avoid delays. Check-out: Late check-out (until 5pm) may be requested, upon apartment availability and with an additional cost of €50. City Tax of Barcelona: We would like to inform you that since 1/04/2017 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 2.48€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival. Security Deposit: We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).
