The kitchen is fully equipped with an Oven, Microwave, Espresso machine, Refrigerator/Freezer, Vitroceramic, Fan / extractor, Toaster, Water kettle so cooking at home could not be easier, plus there is a dishwasher. The bathroom comes with washbasin and shower, there is also 2nd bathroom with only a washbasin and WC. Furthermore, the bathrooms are equipped with towels and hairdryer. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine Iron, Ironing board. You also benefit from air-conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. From your central location you are within walking distance to Avenida Diagonal and the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya. Even though bullfighting has been banned in Barcelona, do not miss a chance to visit La Monumental bull ring which is home to a popular market. No trip to the Catalan Capital is complete without a visit to the chic Paseo de Gràcia, Plaza Catalunya, Plaza de la Universidad and the lively Las Ramblas. Here you can also visit some of Gaudi´s other masterpieces such as Casa Milà (La Pedrera) and the Casa Batlló, but you also will find the MACBA Modern Art Museum and the Liceu Theatre in the same district. City Tax of Barcelona: We would like to inform you that since 1/04/2017 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 2.48€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival. Security Deposit: We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer). +++ Our place is just for relaxing holidays. +++ It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbours and take care of all the equipment and furniture. In case of complaints from neighbours due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behaviour on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbour or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation. For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
