This beautiful house can accommodate up to 12 people. The house is divided into two separate but similar apartments which are connected via the stairs (there is an apartment on the ground floor with terrace, and another one on the first floor with a balcony). This home is ideal for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Its modern style, its terrace and its incredible light make it a friendly place, charming and peaceful. Enjoy the combination of a large space and the privacy that the house offers you, such a large capacity is rare in Barcelona so make sure you don´t miss out ! With 160m², you have six large bedrooms (three per apartment). The apartment on the ground floor has three bedrooms, one double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds. The first floor apartment has the same layout. Each apartment has two bathrooms, a common and a private in the double bedroom. For ease, the bathrooms are equipped with irons and hair dryers. You will also have at your disposal a washing machine on the ground floor. The apartments have air conditioning and heating for your well-being. The modern kitchens provide everything you may need ; each has an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, fridge, kettle, and dishwasher. During your stay you can make use of the spacious and comfortable living rooms (each has a TV and internet ( Fibre opticl). The apartment on the ground floor opens directly onto a large terrace, perfect for lunch outdoors or sunbathing! Located a few meters from the metro station "Guinardo / Hospital de Sant Pau" L4, it couldn´t be easier to travel around the city. In addition, you can stroll through the nearby parks such as the garden of Frederica Montseny. You will also be close to the famous Sant Pau Hospital, a World Heritage Site by Unesco. Feel like shopping? The famous avenue "Passeig de Gracia" awaits you with the most prestigious names in fashion and design. On this famous street, similar to the Champs Elysées you will find many architectural masterpieces created by the great Catalan artist Antoni Gaudi. When looking to experience Barcelona´s world renowned reputation for leading 19th century architecture, this area is king. With all the Gaudi sites within reach like the grand and impressive famous Sagrada familia, the two famous Gaudi houses of La Perdera and Manzana de la Discordia, the sprawling Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, you´ll spend hours rambling along and looking upwards. This grid-patterned area was created in the 19th century to accommodate the overflowing population from old Barcelona; luckily this coincided with Barcelona’s golden age of architecture.. Gaudí, Puig I Cadafalch, Domènech I Montaner were employed by the wealthy to build townhouses, each one more daring than the last… The Eixample district is divided in two, the Eixample Dreta (right side) and Eixample Esquerra (left side), this divide is marked by Passeig de Gracia, a highly sophisticated shopping street….. A large part of the Eixample’s attraction includes all the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to be found… Passeig de Gracias alone will keep any visitor entertained for hours, but all the side streets are full of great stores, theatres, cafes with people everywhere, shopping, relaxing and enjoying an aperitif with friends and family.
