"Ceilwart Cottage is a fantastic detached cottage resting in Llanaber, Wales and enjoying incredible sea views over Cardigan Bay. Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a first-floor sitting room with terrace access. Outside there is a garden with patio, lawn and furniture and a first-floor sun terrace with external spiral stairs to the ground-floor, along with ample off-road parking. Ceilwart Cottage is a wonderful base for a scenic family break to the coast of Wales. Note: There are some internal steps, low doorways and beams. Note: There is a water feature, steps and terraces in the garden. Note: There is a gated road through field which will have to be opened and closed upon entering and leaving. Note: The field holds sheep, please take care Note: The road to the cottage, passes through a field with two gates. There is lower parking for two cars, and a steep access drive, to the cottage with parking. A footpath with steps, leads through the garden to the drive."
