"This single-storey, detached bungalow has three bedrooms including a king-size, a double, and a single, along with a bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room with an electric stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, a front garden with a lawn and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a highchair is available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, this is smoke-free property. you can find a shop in 1 mile, a pub in 0.3 miles, and a beach in 1.6 miles. Note: Check-in from 3:30pm and check-out by 10am. Bedfelltan is a lovely escape near the seaside."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
