"The living areas in this single-storey home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, and washing machine, and a studio-style sitting room with TV, a selection f books, and a double bed, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a side garden with lawned area, and a shared driveway. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.2 miles, a pub in 1.4 miles and River Yeo in 0.1 miles. Priory House Cottage is a charming base for a romantic break to Devon. Note: There is a step up into the property. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: WiFi can be temperamental at times, due to rural location. Please note: this property can only accommodate a minimum of 3 nights. Please note: the property can only accommodate weekly breaks on Mondays and Fridays. No checkouts on Saturday or Sunday without checking with housekeeper"

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
